Children’s Bible stories online in 21 languages

NEW YORK—A cherished children’s book with over 78 million copies already in print has now been made available to an even wider audience of readers. On September 7, 2010, the 116 Bible accounts published in print under the name My Book of Bible Stories went live on www.watchtower.org, fully illustrated and in 21 languages.

The book is a readily recognizable publication that Jehovah’s Witnesses worldwide have shared freely with their neighbors. It is popular among adults and children because it helps make Bible accounts come to life vividly and simply, while it offers insight on the practical lessons these accounts contain.

My Book of Bible Stories joins the collection of hundreds of other educational publications currently available on the Web site in a total of 407 languages, including multiple Sign Languages. On average, there are 95,000 people worldwide who read the Bible and other publications on the watchtower.org Web site every day.
